I'm a total foodie and Ethiopia has been on my list forever. Planning to dive into Addis Ababa's bustling markets, sip traditional coffee ceremonies, and of course, master the art of eating injera with my hands! Also keen to explore Lalibela's rock churches and maybe catch a glimpse of the Danakil Depression. Looking for a fellow traveler who loves authentic food and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
