1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yup Trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in the content you post on Yup Trip. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

4. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries and travel plans generated by our AI are for informational purposes only. Yup Trip does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of services mentioned in AI-generated plans.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others, including harassment or posting inappropriate content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yup Trip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Child Safety Standards

Yup Trip has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or trafficking. Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform.

  • We prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and will immediately remove any such content discovered on our platform.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and report any CSAM or CSAE activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities.
  • Users can report any suspected CSAE content or behavior through our in-app reporting mechanism or by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Accounts found violating our child safety policies will be immediately terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • We regularly review and update our moderation practices to ensure the protection of minors on our platform.

8. Subscription Terms

Yup Trip offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features.

  • Premium Monthly: $29.99/month - Includes 10 AI trip generations, 20 messages to new users, 20 posts/stories, 10 shared trips, 10 trip messages, 3 trip requests, and commenting enabled.
  • Unlimited Monthly: $59.99/month - Unlimited access to all features including unlimited AI trip generations, messages, posts/stories, shared trips, trip messages, trip requests, and commenting.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

YupTrip promotes a safe and respectful community. By using our robust platform to post content (trips, comments, messages), you agree to the following strict guidelines:

  • Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for incorrect, objectionable, or abusive content. Use of the app to harass, abuse, or harm others is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Moderation: We actively moderate content using both automated filters and manual review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
  • Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. We are committed to reviewing and acting upon these reports within 24 hours.
  • Consequences: Violation of these terms will result in the immediate removal of the offending content and may lead to the suspension or permanent termination of your account.
