Two weeks in Burundi: drumbeats, Lake Tanganyika, and way too much grilled fish

I've been obsessed with Burundi food since a friend made me boko boko years ago. In January I'm finally going for two weeks — I want to catch the royal drummers at Gishora, eat my weight in mukeke fish by Lake Tanganyika in Bujumbura, and find someone who'll show me how cassava is really prepared. Traveling solo and would love a companion or two to split meals with and get gloriously lost. Anyone in?
